1. Definitions and Interpretation
Within this agreement, "we" refers to GogoTiffin (and "us" and "our" shall be interpreted accordingly); "you" denotes the relevant customer or potential customer (and "your" shall be construed accordingly).
In this agreement, the following definitions apply:
- "Agreement" refers to this agreement, incorporating any terms outlined in our second acknowledgment.
- "First acknowledgment" pertains to the initial automatic email acknowledgment sent to you after receiving your order.
- "Order" signifies your order for products made via the site.
- "Products" are goods available for purchase on the site.
- "Second acknowledgment" represents the email acknowledgment we send to you, confirming acceptance of your order.
- "Site" refers to the website at www.Gogotiffin.com or any successor site operated by us.
2. This Agreement
The presentation of products on the site is an "invitation to treat"; your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. A contract is formed only upon our acceptance of your order.
To enter into this Agreement, you must:
- Add the products you wish to purchase to your cart.
- Proceed to the checkout to confirm your order.
- We will send you the first acknowledgment and, upon checking our ability to fulfill your order, either send the second acknowledgment (making the Agreement binding) or confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.
Please note that we will not retain a copy of this agreement. The version on the site may be updated, and we recommend downloading, printing, and retaining a copy for your records. The only language in which we offer this agreement is English.

Gogo Tiffin offers Tiffin services(American meaning “meal”) to residents in Massachusetts.

Product prices are quoted on the site. We reserve the right to withhold products and/or terminate this agreement if full payment is not received on time. Payment for all products must be made by credit/debit card or any method detailed on the site. Prices may change, but changes will not affect existing agreements.

5. Delivery
We arrange product delivery to the address indicated in your order. We aim to deliver every day within the specified window of the days the customer wants the tiffin. No refund once product is consumed.

6. Risk and Title
Products are at your risk upon dispatch. Ownership transfers after we receive full payment.
7. Defective Products
Cancellation is possible for defective products. Refund or replacement may be provided. Contact us with the issue at hello@gogotiffin.com and we will look into the issue.
8. Refunds and Cancellation
Refund depends on a case-by-case basis. Write to us at hello@gogotiffin.com. If approved, Refunds are processed usually within 10 days of approving the case.

The agreement may be varied in writing. Terms may be revised, but existing agreements remain unchanged. Invalid provisions won't affect the agreement's validity. No waiver is a continuing waiver. Assignment by you is void; we may assign. This agreement benefits the parties involved. It contains the entire agreement and supersedes prior agreements.
